Cross Country
Cross Country is a sport based on endurance and strength. The people in Cross Country have to run 5K which is about 3.2 miles long. They do not run on a track, but runs on hills, gravel, and golf course like fields. It can be a one man sport or a team sport (they can choose to run by themselves or with another person.) The coaches of Cross Country are Mr. Needham and Coach Andrews.
To get into Cross Country you must show up for tryouts and do your best at running and then the coaches choose the best runners out of everyone.
